What to expect and how to prepare for your first appointment:
All New Patient Appointments are one of our Wellness Package Appointments.
Cost - $345 to $960 (range depends on your health concerns and type of testing you desire to have done.)If you don’t know what testing you may need done, you can always start with our Basic Package.
If you have any medical records or lab results that you would like the doctor to review, please send them to us (via email, fax, or mail) PRIOR to your first appointment.
Plan on your appointment lasting at least 1 hour or longer (depending on the type of appointment you schedule.)

All payments are due at the time of service.
We are a self-pay provider. That means we do NOT bill insurance.
